Terms of Service

WWILL turns a photo of a space into an AI-generated visualization of what it could look like — restaged, renovated, or reimagined. Brokers can additionally publish open-house listing pages and capture leads.

Generated images are illustrative concepts produced by an AI model. They are not photographs, architectural plans, or guarantees of what a space is or can become, and may contain inaccuracies. Do not present AI results as actual photos of a property. If you share results publicly (e.g. on a listing), make clear they are AI visualizations. You are responsible for how you use and present the output.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them (including sending them to our AI sub-processor) and to generate, store, and display results back to you. You confirm you have the right to upload each photo and to create a visualization of the property shown.

• Don't upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful.
• Don't use WWILL to mislead — e.g. passing AI images off as real photos.
• Don't attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or circumvent limits of the service.
• Don't use the lead tools to send spam or collect data without a lawful basis.

Free accounts include a one-time welcome allowance. Premium includes a stated credit allowance for each monthly billing period; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Credits bought separately as top-ups do not expire. The credit cost is shown before a generation is submitted, and credits are restored if WWILL cannot complete it because of a technical failure. Paid plans and broker features are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and access to paid features ends when a subscription lapses.

We work to keep WWILL available and improving, but provide it "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may update features, limits, or these terms; if a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

To the extent permitted by law, WWILL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated visualizations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using WWILL and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On account closure we delete or anonymize your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
