By accessing and/or using the Site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credit package, or uploading content, you (“you”, “your”) accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by them. Please read both carefully before use.

1. Opening an Account

To use the Service, you must register for an account, provide accurate details (name, email, payment info), and keep them updated.

You must not impersonate others or provide false information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

If you purchase a team or business subscription, you must designate an account administrator. Any actions of the admin are deemed binding on the entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

You confirm you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, Termination

Subscriptions and credit packs renew according to your chosen billing cycle unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire as stated at purchase.

Refunds are only provided where required by law (e.g., 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers who have not used the service).

Upon termination, your license to use generated content ends except as allowed below.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through third-party providers. You must provide accurate billing information.

Prices include/exclude VAT as stated at checkout.

We may adjust prices or plans with prior notice, effective from your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

User Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process them solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: You may use AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Service IP: The Site, software, trademarks, and branding remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse them.

You may not use our Service or generated outputs for training other AI models.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Use generated content for illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory purposes.

Interfere with or attempt to hack the Site.

8. AI Visualization Disclaimer

Outputs are for inspiration and visualization only.

WWILL.ai does not guarantee accuracy, scale, or suitability for construction, financial, or professional purposes.

Always consult qualified professionals before making renovation, financial, or safety-related decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose.

Our liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WWILL.ai and its affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
The Service is operated by CODECASTLE AS, a company registered in Norway.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of updated Terms.
