CodeCastle AS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the WWILL websites (wwill.ai and whatwoulditlooklike.com) as well as the WWILL mobile app (available on iOS and Android). WWILL (short for “What Would It Look Like”) is a service that lets you upload a photo and visualize transformations (for example, seeing how a room might look after renovation) using AI technology. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights when you use our services.

When you use WWILL, we collect certain information to provide and improve our service. This includes:
Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a password.
Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with WWILL – for example, the transformations you request, features you use, and your device information (like device type and operating system). This helps us understand usage and improve the app.
Photos You Upload: WWILL allows you to upload photos or images to see transformations. We process these images through trusted third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI’s DALL·E) to generate the results. Your uploaded photos are used only to create the visualizations you request.
Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription or make payments through WWILL, the payment is handled securely by third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe). We do not receive or store your full credit card details – that information is processed by the third-party payment provider.
Log Data: Like many services, we automatically collect technical data when you use WWILL. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and crash reports. We use this information to troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and maintain the security of our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes, in order to operate and improve WWILL and to serve you better:
Provide and Maintain the Service: We use your information to operate WWILL, create the transformations you request (e.g., generating the “before and after” images), and ensure the app functions correctly.
Improve and Develop WWILL: Understanding how users interact with the app (through usage data and log data) helps us fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features.
Process Payments and Subscriptions: We use account and payment information to handle subscriptions, process payments, and manage any billing inquiries or issues.
Communicate with You: We may use your email or contact info to send you important updates, respond to your support requests, and share offers or promotions related to WWILL (you can opt out of promotional emails if you prefer).

3. Sharing of Information
We value your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share your data in a few specific situations, as described below:
Service Providers: We share necessary information with trusted third-party partners who help us run WWILL and provide the service. For example, we send your uploaded photos to our AI processing partners to generate results, and we may use cloud hosting services or analytics providers to support our app. These partners are only allowed to use your information to perform services on our behalf and must protect your data.

Uploaded Photos: The images you upload to WWILL are kept temporarily only to process your request and generate the transformation. After the AI transformation is complete, we delete the uploaded photos from our systems unless you choose to save the results to your “My Projects” or profile in the app. In other words, if you do not save the project, the photo you uploaded will be removed shortly after processing.
Account and Subscription Data: We retain your account information (like your name, email, and subscription status) for as long as your account is active. If you decide to delete your account or if it becomes inactive, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in our records. (Note: We may keep certain information longer if necessary to comply with legal obligations – for example, maintaining proof of transactions or communications, or to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.)
5. Your Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. We respect these rights and have processes to help you exercise them. These rights may include:
Access Your Data: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct Your Data: If any of your information is inaccurate or outdated, you have the right to request a correction.
